What We Collect
The personally-identifiable information we collect facilitates the requested travel services. In the process of providing travel services, we may ask or require you to provide certain personally-identifiable information, such as:

- Full names of any travel companions

- Birthdates of your travel companions

- Any other personally-identifiable information which you may elect to provide through our customer survey

Magical Mystery Tours takes precautions to protect your information. When you submit information via the Website, your information is protected both online and offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (i.e. customer service) are granted access to your information. The computers/servers in which we store your information are kept in a secure environment. We have implemented reasonable security measures to safeguard the personally-identifiable information you provide us. However, please keep in mind that “perfect security” does not exist on the Internet.

This site is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally-identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete the child’s personal information (except as may be necessary for legal compliance) and remove the child from any mailing lists. In addition, while we take reasonable steps to prevent third party companies from making unauthorized use of your personal information, we cannot be held be held liable for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the use and/or misuse of your collected personally-identifiable information by those third parties. Any dispute arising under this agreement shall be adjudicated in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
